Check out this layout I did of Bri from her party with it. It shows you a good selection of stuff in the kit, imagine those papers, but included in multiple different colors, and you have Back to Basics. Ive made you guys a quick page out of this layout. Its got over 30 ribbons, over 30 buttons, 20 eyelets, tons of stuff to keep you scrapping.

Don't forget, TODAY (FRIDAY ) you can go Trick Or Treating through all the brownie scraps designers blogs to pick up tons of word art for free! A Foiled Plan - new Freebie

I am not totally in love with this kit, but we were restricted to a specific color palate, and they just werent my colors, although i do love the teal. I dont hate the kit, its just not my favorite.

You can pick it up in the brownie scraps store this week, along with several other designer challenge free kits! and there are definitely some great ones this week!

Make sure you come back tomorrow, as tomorrow i will be posting a preview of the kit ( well one of them ) that will debut in the Brownie Scraps store on November first. After posting the preview for each of the 10 days between tomorrow and Nov 1st, I will offer up a piece or two of the kit for free, but the links will only be up for 1 day each, so you need to make sure you stop by and visit every day. If you do, you'll have yourself a nice little mini kit, and can then pick up the rest of the kit in the store if you chose to.

As a little thanks for stopping by, here is a Quick Page with A Foiled Plan, to go with your new free kit!

Another Freebie, and some New Kit Layouts

Can you tell I am a little addicted to this new kit? Well if you can't... I am! I am just in love with the patterns and the colors and how it all fits together. That and I've had all these vacation photos to scrap, and now i've got the perfect kit to scrap them with, and no time like the present right? This first one, we went to Busch Gardens and Lucas got sick while we were there. 104 degree fever and all. It turns out after living in AZ for half a year, going back to all the allergens in Maryland was to much for his system.

We did manage to get a few smiles out of him that day though, and this was one of them. He was so happy I let him have my soda bottle.

The second one, we took a few days prior to that, while we were at Donnie's moms visiting, and we went minature golfing. The kids both had a blast, but did not want to let mommy get a picture of them together. Golfing was also after a morning on the beach, so I think they were both just worn out by then as well. Ive also made you another quick page from that layout, I just gave it a more generic title for you than the one I did for myself. Enjoy! And don't forget to come back in the morning to pick up the full kit!

Little Preview of Tomorrows New Kit!

Ok, so ive been busy busy busy all day. I set out to polish the kit that I thought was finished, that I decided wasn't. This kit is on the plan to be my next released kit, so of course I wanted it to be perfect for you guys! My polishing it doubled it in size! it is now 33 papers, and 45 elements! I really hope you love it as much as I do. I started it after looking at my beach photos, because I wanted something soft and sweet to go with them. Most Beachy stuff i see is bright and summer. And of course like all my kits, even though it is a themed kit, I want it to be versatile.

So anyway Its got a really cool beaded frame, some great patterns ( the patterns sorta went off on a new direction on their own, but i loved what happened, so I let them ). I really think you will like all the things I have put in this kit for you. And to give you a little taste, so that hopefully you come back and get the kit tomorrow, here is a teaser quick page for you. And tomorrow morning, I will put" Seashore Fantasy" up for free, for 48 hours only. So come see me in the morning!
