Personal Use TOU - if you have downloaded or purchased a Personal Use product, this TOU applies. All products are PU unless otherwise noted.

By downloading these files, you acknowledge receipt of a license to use the designs for PERSONAL
and LIMITED PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY, but not the rights to the designs themselves.
As a user of this product, you are free to use, modify and publish images as you wish, subject to
certain restrictions as listed:
1. You MAY alter the designs by recoloring, resizing, or by adding to or taking away from it.
2. You MAY incorporate these images into your own original art work, provided you include credit
to the source of the elements.
3. You MAY post or sumbit scrapbook pages or other projects on-line or for publication using these
images. Credit is appreciated, but not required.
4. You MAY use these images in your scrapbook layouts, cards, or other crafts.
5. You MAY create scrapbook pages, cards or other crafts with these images and sell the completed
projects for profit. Clients MUST receive a flattened image, and not the elements themselves.
All my products, including Quick Pages are Scrap for hire friendly
You May Not:
1. Copy, reproduce and then give to others or sell them individually.
2. Put these graphic on a CD or any other media and sell them.
3. Claim these designs as your own.
4. You MAY NOT use my designs for anything illegal, immoral, or offensive in nature.
5. Use any graphic elements for commercial work, except Scrap 4 Hire, without written permission.
These products are for your PERSONAL USE and LIMITED PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY.
6. You may not creat QUick pages or other freebies or for sale items from this kit.
Limited Liability:
The content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Dreamersmagic Designs shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages in connection with the use of the content.

My commercial use items CAN be used in creating Scrap for Hire Layouts, and to create kits for sale. You may NOT resell the CU products as is, they must be modified. ( recolored, retextured, used as overlays on papers, etc )
you may not resale the templates as a set or stand alone product.
There is no credit required but it is appreciated.

At all times the content of this product remains the sole property of Dreamer's Magic Designs. Purchasing this product does not make it yours to do what you wish with. If you have a question about the use of my product, please feel free to contact me. I am pretty easy going and will probably say yes, you dont know if you dont ask.
* YOU MAY use the graphics/content to scrap pages/projects you are selling, as long as you in no way include my individual original files. (You may not disperse the files contained in this product as individual pieces for your customers to use.)
* YOU MAY use this set for your personal design projects such as kits for resale, and print a hardcopy for personal scrapbooking and craft projects. You are free to give away or sell any completed, flattened projects made with my designs as long as it is not simply flattening my elements, and then giving them as jpgs, which could easily be extracted.

Use my Products to design other Commercial use Products, Only Personal Use products are allowed.
*YOU MAY NOT sell the file(s) as I have sold them to you, or in doodle sets, overlay sets, templates or tubes/brushes, etc. Meaning you cannot resell them as a similar product.
*YOU MAY NOT resell any of these products without modification. You cannot include the original template/overlay/doodle/brush. etc. in your items for sale, rather you CAN include your altered form.
*YOU MAY NOT sell the file(s) as I have sold them to you, or in doodle sets, overlay sets, templates or tubes/brushes, etc. Use of my commercial use items should not be more then 30% of your entire kit.
*YOU MAY NOT make any of the graphics into "tubes" or "brushes" and redistribute them. You may create tubes or brushes for your own personal use
*YOU MAY NOT offer these graphics on any web site as downloads or send them through a news list or Yahoo Groups. They are not for your free distribution. This is considered pirating, and is ILLEGAL!
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dreamer's Magic Designs shall not be responsible under any circumstances for any loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use products provided.
You may NOT use my products for any illegal or imoral purposes. If you think it might be a problem, dont do it!
